KASIA WĄS

Art advisor and art consultant. Art historian. Graduated in art history and gender studies at the Jagiellonian University. Graduate of postgraduate studies in cultural diplomacy at Collegium Civitas and a course for creative producers at the Wajda School.

She took her first steps in the art market at her family gallery "Sztuka & Antyki", which trades in old masters and decorative arts. Then at the modern art gallery Zderzak in Krakow. She developed her institutional experience as a producer and curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Krakow MOCAK. For 8 years she ran the modern art collection Jankilevitsch Collection based in Warsaw and Genevie. She uses her almost 20 years experience working in commercial galleries, public institutions and looking after  private art collections to work with individual and business clients. She advises on both commercial audiovisual art projects and collection building. She collaborated on the selection of art for hotels Nobu Warsaw and The Bridge in Wroclaw. She is an author of texts on culture and the art market, lecturer. She deals with collecting practically and theoretically, looking for relations between collecting trends and their social reflection.

 

She keeps a watchful eye on the latest trends in art. She keeps an eye out for upcoming trends by being in constant contact with the youngest generation of artistic people keeping in mind the history and past achievements of art.

GOSIA BACIŃSKA

Gosia Bacińska is a cultural manager with professional experience in the creative and art sector. She obtained a master's degree in cultural studies at the SWPS University in Warsaw, where she also completed the course "Curator / organizer of art exhibitions / spokesman" conducted by Maria Anna Potocka, Dorota Monkiewicz and Piotr Welk. Gosia is a graduate of Postgraduate Study of Culture Managers at the Warsaw School of Economics. In the years 2009-2012 she was a participant of Interdisciplinary Doctoral Studies at SWPW University. 

 

For over a decade she worked at the Polish Ministry of Culture where she was responsible for developing grant programmes for cultural and artistic initiatives. She was also a substantive expert evaluating international applications within European competitions (such as European Economic Area and Norway Grants). In recent years, Gosia has worked as a freelance fundraising advisor with various organizations, from NGOs and cultural institutions to business enterprises. 

 

She is the author of articles on contemporary art published in scientific journals, such as the Cultural Overview and the Polish Journal of Aesthetics. 

 

Gosia strongly believes in the power of art to inspire positive changes, also in the way brands communicate their mission. Armed with a keen eye for aesthetics and an innate understanding of storytelling, she supports the concepts where unique and exceptional artistic endeavours allow brands to create impactful branding strategies. 

JAKUB LASKUS

Founder and CEO of Bites Studio, he boasts 20 years in the advertising and production sector. His notable contributions include spearheading several projects and consistently achieving excellence.

 

He co-founded Director'y, a global platform uniting tabletop directors, and has mentored many, shaping their cinematic visions. Additionally, he leads CHPTR Studio, dedicated to fostering growth in commercial and artistic filmmaking and photography.

 

In tabletop productions, he stands out as an elite commercial director with a flair for practical effects, continually setting higher standards. Outside of work, he's an avid photographer, music lover, and has a knack for design and architecture, with past roles in the retail sector.

 

Merging creativity with leadership, his journey has consistently steered projects to unparalleled success.

KAMIL JERZYKOWSKI

Kamil Jerzykowski is a graduate of the University of Arts in Poznań, where he studied under Professor Aleksander Kuczma. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, he has developed a nuanced understanding of design, consistently applying his knowledge in a variety of contexts.

Kamil's designs have been showcased in renowned exhibitions, including MoMA in New York, and have been acknowledged in leading design publications (TASCHEN, Gestalten). Throughout his journey, Kamil has collaborated with numerous iconic brands, ensuring each of his projects resonates with its distinct essence and purpose. In recent years, he has focused on creating design audits and strategies related to EU funding.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Jerzykowski has given back to the academic community, sharing his insights and expertise with students at the School of Form.
